A few days ago we uploaded to the App Store the latest version of our award-winning Sing & Record by Red Karaoke app for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. And this time it includes a major change, a new feature that has long wanted to offer: the possibility of applying video effects to our recordings.
To include this functionality we had to slightly change the recording process, and we decided to make it easier, faster and efficient: now, the first thing you see when you choose a song to sing, is the video edition screen.

You can turn off the video to record audio only, or choose between front and rear camera, easier than before. If you sing using the camera, there are 19 video effects to choose from (in the version we uploaded today you can find 3 new effects). The effects are applied in real time, so before you start singing can see how the video will look.
There are simple but very effective effects to convey certain emotions or moods, such as Black and White (in two variants) or Sepia among others. Other effects are designed to improve our appearance, increasing or reducing color saturation, or even applying filters to reduce our wrinkles or imperfections Image may be NSFW.

And finally the most spectacular video effects are able to change our appearance completely, providing our videos limitless creative potential. The Basic members may choose between 4 free effects, and the other 15 are reserved for VIP members.
After choosing the video effect we want, we turn to the audio editing screen to check sound levels and choose our favorite sound effect … and we are ready to sing!
